Atomic concentration profiles of components and contaminants in foils were observed with elastic recoil detection analysis technique. High quality heavy ion beam~ ( 127) I provided by HI-13 tandem accelerator of CIAE was used for the measurements. 利用HI13串列加速器提供的高品质的127I束,采用弹性反冲探测技术对材料表面成分和杂质的深度分布进行了分析。
The intensity of recoil stress wave increased apparently with the increase of ion current density. 形成的应力波波形具有双峰结构,其中仅反冲应力波的强度随束流密度的增加显著增大。
